Emerging Leaders Rotational Program

Job Description:
FIDELITY INVESTMENTS - EMERGING LEADER PROGRAM
Fidelity’s Emerging Leader Program is a cohort based 18-month rotational program for 
graduating seniors with a liberal arts background who are eager to explore different 
career paths and fast track their job experience.
PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
• Formal learning and opportunity to gain knowledge and technical skills
• Complete rotations learning about customer immersion, data analytics, product 
and support functions

THE EXPERTISE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Has initiative and the ability to influence others
• Naturally curious and willing to persevere with a can-do attitude
• Collaborative & team-oriented with experience building relationships in a variety 
of settings
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities
• Data driven and analytical, with confident communication and presentation skills
REQUIREMENTS
• Students graduating in the Spring of 2025 to start July 2025
• Must have a BA in Liberal Arts (will accept a dual major if one is liberal arts 
based)
• Able to complete program in New England (with 
rotations within Boston, MA, Merrimack, NH, and Smithfield, RI)
