Benefits Representative (Remote)
Responsibilities
- Onboarding: Educate customers how our solution program works (via zoom meetings, phone conversations) and help make the enrollment.
- Support: Handle incoming requests efficiency and clarity.
- Engagement: Use data to track your numbers behavior and drive them for better results.
- Maintain ongoing contact with customers to drive engagement and work hard to meet better result weekly.
- Work with Product, our public relation team and other sales teams to understand key product benefits and functionality.
- Provide the best customer experience we possibly can to our customers.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong analytical, communications, and interpersonal skills
- Solid work ethic and a strong customer focus
- Must be adaptable, innovative, and a team player.
- Must be organized, persuasive, determined to drive success.
- Working knowledge of sales operations including data/reports, call planning, and sales tactics is a plus

At Globe Life: American Income Division, we provide and protect the short term and long term financial assets of members to Unions, Credit Unions, and over 30,000 labor associations such as: Police, Teachers, Firefighters, and Veterans.
