Job Purpose:  To gain real world experience and exposure to administering Human Resources policies and procedures at corporate and possibly plant level. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Gain exposure to the job responsibilities of HR at our Austin, MN facility and corporate headquarters
  • Will be assigned an HR project to manage from planning through execution and management reporting
  • Work closely with Human Resource Business Partners (HRBP), Talent Acquisition, and Learning and Development departments
  • Administer HR policies and procedures at plant and corporate level

Requirements:

  • Must graduate in December 2025 or May 2026 and major in Human Resources or Organizational Leadership or related major with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership, accountability, initiative, analytical, and communication skills are necessary for success in this position
  • Possess a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
  • Applicants must not now, or in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa
  • This position will require access to and/or the utilization of a personal motor vehicle to get to and from the workplace.

Location and Hours:

  • Position is based out of our Austin, MN 
  • Position is approximately 40 hours per week beginning late May and ending mid-August

Compensation:

  • Competitive wage
    • The base pay range is $19 to $22 per hour; however, actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill set, level of experience, and specific office location
  • Paid housing allowance
  • Reimbursement of all expenses incurred on the job
  • Company 401k match
  • Earn Paid Time off
