The primary purpose of this position is to:
- Collaborate with account team on project ownership in order to win more sales for our National Account Partners. Project ownership responsibilities could include, but are not limited to:
- Leverage, understand and interpret data within specific CRM and Microsoft Software platforms.
- Use data and customer feedback to work with our sales team on selling process improvements.
- Conduct weekly presentations with hiring manager and cross functional partners to report on project updates & findings.
- Needs Assessment, Customer/Rep Interviews, Consumer Research, Data Analytics, Sales Reporting, Competitive Intelligence, etc.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university – Business, Marketing or related field
- Strong academic candidate.
- Experience with team leadership and teamwork, especially outside the classroom.
- Ability to use the following software applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and other applications.
- Ability to effectively communicate to personnel utilizing written and verbal skills, including presentations to small and large groups.
- Ability to learn new processes quickly.
- Experience managing projects from conception through implementation.
- Ability to be successful in a fast-paced team-based work environment.
