Customer Support Specialist

Intellicomm Inc., an online communications services firm located in Wayne, PA, is seeking a Customer Support Specialist. This is an office position to support customers via phone and email. Intellicomm's online services are primarily geared towards business customers. This is an in-person position (no remote/hybrid).

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist in customer sign up issues.
• Assist new customers with their online setup.
• Troubleshoot customer issues via phone and email.
• Answer billing questions.
• Build upon self-help guides.
• Communicate customer issues to engineering.

Qualifications:

• Basic computer usage and problem-solving skills;
• Sound verbal and written communications as well as active listening skills;
• Comfortable with general office software usage and online services;
• Attention to details;
• BS/BA in Business/Marketing/Information Systems/ Computer Science related degree.
