Supply Chain & Logistics Intern

I’m interested! What will I get to do in this position?
- Achieve an understanding of ICL’s global end to end supply chain, including import & export activities
- Learn the processes for all domestic modes of transportation to support day to day operations
- Become proficient at using Mercurygate TMS platform and other logistics systems
- Gain familiarity with all steps of procure to pay processes to support vendor selection and management
- Attain full visibility into supply chain network optimization and integration across all functions of ICL
- Leverage existing KPIs to drive performance throughout the Supply Chain and lead new KPI development
- Identify current manual routines with opportunity for process streamlining either through automation or technology driven solutions
What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role?
- Pursuing a B.S. Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related degree
- Completed sophomore year in college
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Able to communicate with all levels of organization
- Able to set priorities, manage multiple processes with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel and other data manipulation and analysis tools
- Able to relocate to St. Louis area
