If yes, you could be a great fit as a Demand Planning Intern working with our Hair Professional brands (like Schwarzkopf, Joico, Kenra and more), where you will gain hands-on experience in demand forecasting techniques, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. 

 
You can expect your internship to include assignments like: 

  • Data collection and analysis: 
    • Identifying trends, seasonality, and patterns in sales data 
    • Assisting in creating and maintaining dashboards for data visualization 
  • Forecast development: 
    • Supporting the creation of statistical forecasts using various methods (e.g., moving average, exponential smoothing, regression analysis) 
    • Helping to incorporate qualitative inputs from sales and marketing teams into forecasts  
    • Assisting in developing promotional forecasts for specific marketing campaigns  
  • Inventory management: 
    • Aiding in calculating safety stock levels and reorder points  
    • Monitoring inventory levels and identify slow-moving or obsolete items 
    • Assisting in developing strategies to optimize inventory across the supply chain

YOUR SKILLS 

  • A current undergraduate student planning to graduate in December 2025, 2026, or 2027 and majoring in supply chain, industrial engineering, statistics or business analytics 
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, statistical functions) 
  • Basic understanding of statistical concepts and forecasting methods  
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills  
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills  
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
