We are seeking a dynamic and driven outreach specialist at Our Family Friend LLC to join our Marketing and Talent Acquisition team.🌟 In this entry level position, the outreach specialist will play a pivotal role in growing the company by developing and executing our “Boots-on-the ground” initiative. Key Responsibilities: 🔑

• Collaborate with the Marketing and Talent Acquisition team to develop and execute outreach strategies that align with the companies growth objectives 
•  Build and maintain relationships with local referral sources such as local businesses,professional associations, and community organizations to promote our services and job opportunities
• Distribute promotional materials, such as flyers, brochures, and newsletters, to targeted audiences.
• Monitor industry trends and target market trends to inform our outreach strategies and tactics
• Provide regular updates and report out all outreach activities with our tracking methods. Stay up to date on your daily documentation in google calendar and in asana. 
• Assist with orientation for new hires brought in through outreach efforts, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and helping to reinforce the company’s culture and values. 
• Collaborate with the client care services team to identify and assess clients’ needs, and develop a targeted recruitment plan to ensure we attract and hire the best caregivers to meet those needs. 
• Plan and participate in in-person recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities; conduct “boots on the ground” visits to engage with potential candidates and promote Our Family Friend.

• Ability to travel as needed and work effectively in a hybrid settings 
• Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for marketing and talent acquisition

• Demonstrate an innovative mindset, contributing fresh ideas to enhance outreach strategies and improve overall growth initiatives
