Job Title: Club Ambassador

Reports To: Head of Marketing
Duration & Commitment: 6 months to 1 year, up to 4 days a week, 4 hours per day.
Company Overview: Fort Lauderdale United FC is one of the 8 teams that will feature in the inaugural 2024 season of the USL Super League. Additional teams are set to join in subsequent seasons. Fort Lauderdale United FC is set to play their home matches at Nova Southeastern University, in Davie, Florida, formerly home to the Miami Dolphins training facility.
Role Summary: We are seeking people who will increase fan engagement, promote the team, enhance the game-day experience, and improve fan satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
· Actively attend all Fort Lauderdale United FC team related occasions such as upcoming games, events, and fan activities.
· Serve as a point of contact for fans during match days, providing information, assistance, and enhancing the overall fan experience.
· Represent the team in a positive light at all times, embodying the values and culture of the club.
· Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing solutions to fan-related issues.
· Help resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on match days or during other team- related activities.
· Build strong relationships with fans, making them feel valued and appreciated by the team.
· Evaluates market trends to adapt to the changing market and competitive conditions.
· Greet and welcome customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.
· Handle customer complaints professionally and strive to find solutions that ensure satisfaction.
