Qualifications:
Must have a driver’s license
Good Communication Skills

2. Able to communicate with patients, physicians, pharmacy, and other healthcare professionals at all times
Technologically Literate
1. Able to navigate computers, fax machines, and printers
2. With Basic knowledge of Microsoft Tools and Google Suite
Trustworthy and Dependable (with at least 95% Attendance)
Team Player and Goal-Oriented
Requires minimum to no supervision
Adaptable, Flexible, and Accountable
Other Qualifications:
- Spanish speaking is a major plus points
- Having previously worked in a clinical setting is a major plus points
Responsibilities:
1. Staff Management - Supervise and support administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
2. Patient Relations - Address patient inquiries and concerns, ensuring high customer service and satisfaction.
3. Scheduling - Coordinate patient appointments, manage the calendar, and ensure efficient patient flow.
4. Record Management - Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
5. Communication - Facilitate communication between clinical staff and virtual medical assistants, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
6. Billing and Coding - Collaborate with billing personnel to ensure accurate coding and timely claims submission.
7. Office Coordination - Oversee daily office activities, including managing supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
