Underwriting Intern:

Are you interested in a career that helps people and companies mitigate risk and recover from the unexpected through insurance? A Chubb Intern in Underwriting learns how to evaluate risks involved when insuring people or companies.

Underwriting opportunities may be available in a variety of lines of business such as:

  • Commercial Insurance
  • Global Casualty
  • Property
  • Reinsurance
  • Financial Lines
  • Surety
  • Wholesale
  • Personal Lines

Desired Qualifications:

  • Students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in many majors will be considered
  • Strong GPA; 3.0 or higher preferred
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Leadership experience through work or involvement in community service, athletics, clubs, or other activities preferred
  • Technically adept/digitally savvy
