Operations Apprentice

We are currently recruiting second-year students for Apprentice roles at various locations nationwide.

 

The primary purpose of an Apprentice is to assist in daily activities at one of our facilities. DHL Supply Chain has a business casual environment and focuses on teamwork, associate development and training. 

 

An Apprentice joins the organization into one of our many hourly roles at one of our distribution centers, while also participating in a formalized Apprentice Program. The goal of the program is to enhance student’s business acumen through continuous learning and networking opportunities. Throughout the summer, the Apprentice has the opportunity to:

•Participate in a series of webinars that focus on professional networking, communication and presentation skills

•Listen and ask questions to our business partners through our Speaker Series

•Travel to a regional campus location to present about their experience to leadership teams at the Apprentice Event, which is hosted at the end of each summer

•Network with other interns and business leaders across all regions and business segments within the organization

•Be considered for Summer 2026 Intern Program

 

The scope of the role may include:

•Replenishment, Pick, Pack or outbound function

•Receive and/or put away functions for inbound team

•Inventory Control activities

•Follow labor standards


 

All Apprentices will work full time during the summer months (2025) at one of over 490 distribution centers/offices nationwide.
