Real Estate Marketing Assistant

Hiring ambitious Real Estate Marketing Assistants! In this position, you will gain real-world experience in the industry, and should you choose to pursue the 75 hour New York State Licensing course, our company will reimburse the cost of the course.

If you are already in the process of getting your license somewhere else that is fine as well. This is a great opportunity for candidates who want to get their real estate license and become full time agents!

The ideal candidate would be described as:

  • A highly self-motivated individual. This is a must. This is a job for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who is independent and focused. 
  • Bilingual, ideally speaking Mandarin, Korean, or Spanish
  • A professional with strong communication skills. Friendly, honest, and consistent communication is vital to success in our industry.
  • A great multitasker. The ability to juggle many different tasks at once and work in a high paced environment.

Job Duties:

  • Creating and posting listing advertisements online and on various social media platforms.
  • Assisting brokers with client communication.
  • Managing client files and documentation and assisting with processing applications.
  • Assisting in setting up appointments and communicating with clients and property managers to secure listings and contracts.

Job Types: Full-Time or Part-Time
