Outpatient Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans to meet patients' individual needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
• Educate patients on their conditions and promote wellness and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in South Carolina
• Demonstrated experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting preferred
