Description:
Major Purpose:
Develops training curriculum and performance improvement materials on complex products, processes, or systems.

Collaborates with stakeholders to collect and organize content, facilitates handoff from development to delivery, and may mentor less experienced staff.

Major Duties:

• Develops or manages training materials, directs vendors.
• Applies expertise in curriculum development to address performance gaps.
• Creates and implements training plans.
• Fosters relationships to secure resources and feedback.
• Assists with marketing and transitioning materials.

Position Title: Parts Training & Development Specialist

Requirements:

• No visa sponsorship available.
• Onsite role; local candidates preferred.
• Metatarsals safety shoes required.

Top Skills:

• Background in Agriculture/Automotive/Marketing/Training Development.
• Experience with Articulate/video creation (training provided).
• Strong organizational skills.

Additional Skills:

• Degree in Marketing/Communications/Training/Business preferred.
• Open to recent graduates.
• Presentation skills required (25% of the time).

Position Details:

• 40 hours/week, with possible overtime.
• Develop engaging content for dealers, company personnel, and customers.
• Use instructional design principles, modify content as needed.
• Maintain learning content repository.
• Present to stakeholders and deliver training as needed.
• Up to 15% travel for photo/video.
