Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Talent & Organizational Development Intern
- Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
- Assist in design, development, implementation and evaluation of curriculum
- HR Systems Intern
- Utilize HR Information Systems (HRIS) to update employee records, generate reports, and assist with data analysis.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are adhered to and assist in compliance efforts.
- Maintain accurate HR records and assist in generating HR reports as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Enthusiasm for HR and a desire to learn about HR best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
