Cultivate Program Intern - Spring Internship

Cultivate, OneHope’s esteemed internship program, draws on over 30 years of expertise in research, program design, and outcome-based ministry. It provides a unique opportunity for students to discover their calling, enhance their faith and leadership skills, improve ministry practices, and connect with the global church. Our aim is to equip college students and recent graduates with essential training, mentorship, and hands-on experience in ministry work.

We are excited to welcome dedicated individuals to the Cultivate Team as Cultivate Internship Interns. This role is perfect for those eager to make a difference by supporting the internship program and mentoring the next generation. You will leverage your skills in administration, communication, and program support to contribute meaningfully to our efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating internship program activities, including scheduling and logistics.
  • Support the development and delivery of training materials and resources for interns.
  • Facilitate communication between interns, mentors, and program coordinators to ensure smooth operations.
  • Help manage and track the progress of internship projects and assignments.
  • Participate in planning and executing events, workshops, and seminars related to the internship program.
  • Provide administrative support, including maintaining records and preparing reports.
  • Contribute to evaluating the effectiveness of the internship program and suggesting improvements.
  • Assist in creating a positive and engaging experience for all participants in the program.
