Intern Orientation Highlights
Internship Program Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Pursuing a four-year degree with an expected graduation between December 2025 and Summer 2027. Must have overall 2.8GPA
  • Transportation: Interns must have their own transportation to and from work.
  • Geographical Flexibility: Willing to relocate to one of our ADM locations.
  • Background Check: Successful completion of a background check is required.
  • Availability: Must be available for a summer internship from mid-May to early August 2025.

Job Summary
As a Marketing Intern, you will contribute to the development and execution of marketing initiatives and go-to-market strategies for our product portfolio. You will leverage consumer and market analysis to support the growth of market and customer segments.

Job Responsibilities:
 

  • Navigate complex projects, often with a high degree of ambiguity, using appropriate project management methodologies to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Define and uphold project governance processes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Apply strategic thinking with a strong understanding of business goals and objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration.
