Client Relations Intern Summer 2025

Next Step Realty is a leading boutique luxury real estate brokerage firm in New York City specializing in high volume corporate relocation across both the rental and sales markets. We are looking for rising Seniors (class of ‘26) and rising Juniors (class of ’27) with an interest in real estate to assist our team during the NYC rental market's highly active summer months (approximately May - August, start and end dates can be flexible.)
 

What You’ll Do as a Client Relations Intern:

• Manage and update internal client databases daily
• Assist Client Relations team with all updates
• Assist in booking and confirming appointments 
• Create marketing materials
• Manage the Client Hospitality program
• Assist in creating and running client events and contests
• Develop the Brand Ambassador program and coordinate summer events
• Greet & entertain clients when they arrive for appointments 
• Assist with organizational tasks
• Assist with social media management

Qualifications:

• Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
• Charisma and optimism - you’re a people person who can talk to anyone
• Self-awareness, well spoken on the phone and eloquent in emails
• Interest in real estate, customer service and marketing
• Must have housing accommodations or the ability to commute to New York, NY for the duration of the internship
