Human Resources Coordinator

We are hiring a Human Resources Coordinator to support the BlueTriton Brands HR field-based teams within a designated region. The ideal candidate is someone who works well independently as well as working in collaboration with the field teams in support of all BlueTriton employees.  This individual must be self-motivated, highly organized, detail oriented and able to handle confidential information with care.  This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional seeking personal and professional development across various parts of the business with respect to daily HR operations and compliance.

 

Responsibilities
•    Coordinate and support the onboarding process to ensure a positive employee experience and accuracy of all onboarding details (facilitate new hire process, audit for compliance and data integrity).
•    Provide compliance reporting support, as needed. 
•    Partner with Human Resources Business Partners to address and execute field-based leave needs, tracking, and communication with employees.
•    Support I-9 execution and follow up / validation as needed to ensure compliance (addressing remote I-9 needs, photo-matching, etc.), in addition to any unemployment related needs via Equifax.   
•    Provide support, as needed, for employee off-boarding processes ensuring compliance with state specific related off-boarding requirements. 
•    Collect and organize headcount data as a key input to the national staffing dashboard.
•    Provide administrative support, as needed, for HR related projects and initiatives, especially as related to new hire onboarding and the employee experience.   
•    Perform other HR administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
•    Support field HRBP team with tracking and reporting compliance metrics.

 

Key Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, preferred
•    1-2+ years of proven experience managing administrative support, or similar related work tasks
•    Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS platforms
•    Excellent communication skills and ability to develop effective working relationships.
•    Strong attention to detail, organization skills, follow-through, and problem-solving skills
•    Continuous improvement mindset and demonstrated ability to develop creative solutions to drive efficiencies.
•    Ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced, demanding environment
•    Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
•    Ability to handle sensitive, confidential material and maintain confidentiality.
•    Self-motivated, focused, positive attitude and proactive.
•    Capacity to build and maintain relationships with both internal team members and external/3rd party key stakeholders, including strong team player skills.

 

Starting Pay Rate: $31.94 per hour. This role is eligible for a 5% annual bonus.
