Your Role:

As a Plumber with Fathom Plumbing Solutions, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering top-quality plumbing solutions. From assisting in the installation of plumbing systems to being on a team performing trench-less pipe rehabilitation and to performing routine maintenance, your role will be diverse and engaging. We’re looking for Seasonal Helpers, Dedicated Apprentices, and Experienced Journeymen to help us tackle various tasks, including:

• Installation, maintenance, and repair of pipes, fixtures, and appliances
• Construction and Renovation plumbing
• Field service and maintenance
• CIPP pipe rehabilitation
• Plumbing Inspections, Assessments, and Consulting
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction

Who We’re Looking For:

• For Helpers: No prior experience? No problem! We’ll provide the training you need. A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn are key.
• For Apprentices: If you have some experience and are eager to grow, we’re ready to invest in your development and guide you through your plumbing career.
• For Journeymen: Bring your expertise and help us elevate our service. In return, enjoy a role where your skills are valued and rewarded.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Physical stamina for demanding tasks
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Basic understanding of construction, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Previous experience in plumbing is a plus, but not required
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints is a bonus
• Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations,

Skills:

• Positive Attitude, Team Player, Willing To Learn, Willing to Teach
• Comfortable Communicating with Clients and the Team. Both Written and verbal
• A great listener with Strong attention to detail and adherence to instructions
• Field service and customer service experience
• General Construction skills and knowledge of "How Buildings Work"
• Pipe works experience: soldering, threading, fitting, pressing, gluing, and no-hub systems
• Ability to assemble and disassemble plumbing systems
