What you will gain:
As a Human Resources Intern, you will gain valuable knowledge and experience in the field through hands-on activities, coaching, and projects. A few learning opportunities include:
Recruitment Support: Assisting with the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Onboarding: Supporting the onboarding process for new hires by preparing orientation materials and assisting with training logistics.
Employee Relations: Helping with employee relations activities, including addressing employee inquiries and supporting conflict resolution.
HR Administration: Assisting with HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and preparing reports.
Compliance: Assisting in ensuring compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations.
Training and Development: Supporting the development and delivery of training programs and employee development initiatives.
Performance Management: Helping with performance management processes, including tracking performance evaluations and assisting with feedback collection.
Employee Engagement: Contributing to employee engagement activities and initiatives, such as organizing events and surveys to gauge employee satisfaction.
What you need to be successful:
Education:
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, and interested in Human Resources.
Minimum GPA requirement of a 3.0
Skills:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Basic project management or organizational skills.
Bilingual skills are strongly preferred.
Personal Attributes:
Strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and take initiative.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Positive attitude and adaptability to new challenges.

Availability:
We are willing to work around class schedules, but willing to work a minimum of 10 hours a week.
