Utility Coordinator
In the role of Utility Coordinator, we'll count on you to:
- Provide project engineering and utility coordination with a focus on transportation projects and public transportation clients throughout the Southern California Region.
- Anticipated work tasks may include; develop utility basemaps, coordinate with utility owners and agencies, develop relocation strategies, assist in preparation of cost estimates, preparation of engineering plans, specification for utility relocations, and data analytics such as GIS and Power BI.
- Will work independently as well as assist groups of medium to large teams of professionals and technicians dependent on project/ task. Will be involved in highway and railroad utility design and plan production for utility owners and Municipal clients.
- Perform other duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications
- Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate.
- Candidates hired without their EIT will have the title of "Coordinator" and will be expected to obtain their EIT for career progression
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Familiarity with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD, familiarity and demonstrated experience with civil engineering software such as Bentley Concept Station and/or Autodesk Infraworks and Civil 3D; specialty civil platforms (e.g., Openflows) as required
