HR Data Analyst
Are you skilled in data analysis and passionate about improving organizational efficiency? Join us as an HR Data Analyst / Survey Coordinator, where you'll collect, analyze, and visualize workforce data to drive strategic decisions, enhance survey response rates, and present actionable insights to leadership.
Responsibilities Include:
- Collects, analyzes, and visualizes data, offering insights and recommendations that inform decision making.
 - Develops and administers surveys to inform operational decisions.
 - Identifies opportunities to increase survey response rates and potential improvement of efficiency/best practices.
 - Performs/contributes to workforce data analysis to support Command initiatives and prioritization of resources.
 - Prepares and presents briefs to leadership regarding workforce-related data and data collection efforts.
 - Requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to identify trends in data.
 - Requires ability to represent information clearly to others – orally, in writing, and using appropriate visualization (e.g. graphs, charts, etc.)
 
Desired Qualifications: Degree in Statistics or related field.
