Assistant to a startup CEO - Marketing, Business Development, Management, (part-time - Fall/Spring) - Paid

Job Summary:

Are you interested in learning about day to day life and an early stage startup CEO and learning about challenges for running an early stage technology startup? Are you interested in getting exposed to daily challenges of early stage founders, business development, marketing, making pitch slides, presentations, etc?  NOMA AI INC is looking for a motivated Marketing and Administrative Assistant Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in both market research and administrative support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn about various aspects of business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in conducting market research and analyzing trends.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and document management.
  • Help prepare reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate meetings and manage calendars.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Well skilled at maintaining, updating, enhancing INSTAGRAM, FACEBOOK, and LINKEDIN media presence.
  • Able to commit up to 10-12 hours per week
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • The willingness to learn new concepts and be proactive.
