Sales and Marketing Intern

Hours: 5-10 hours per week, Flexible Schedule

About Us: IDX Exchange is a leading provider of innovative tech solutions for the real estate industry. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team for the fall semester.

Position Overview: As a Sales and Marketing Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in both sales and marketing functions. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to support various initiatives aimed at driving growth and enhancing brand awareness. This internship is ideal for students pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field who are eager to develop practical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients and markets. Compile and manage lists of leads for outreach campaigns.
  • Support Sales Team: Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials. Participate in client meetings and follow-ups.
  • Content Creation: Contribute to the creation of marketing content, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to support marketing strategies.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales and marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with general administrative tasks as needed to support the sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing software) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
