Product Management Intern

Position Overview: Are you passionate about innovation, eager to lead, and ready to make a meaningful impact? Binfin8 is seeking motivated undergraduates and graduates to join us as Product Management Interns. In this role, you will work closely with our talented software engineering team to manage the development of our software products, utilizing Scrum methodologies to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Collaborate with software engineers and stakeholders to define product goals, requirements, and roadmaps.
  • Manage the product backlog, ensuring that development tasks are prioritized and aligned with business objectives.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions and enhance the user experience.
  • Track and analyze key metrics to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes to the broader team and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
 

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in product management, software development, and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
  • Familiarity with Scrum or other agile frameworks is a plus.
  • Ability to think critically, solve problems, and adapt to changing circumstances.

Compensation: This is an unpaid internship with compensation contingent upon future funding. However, you will gain valuable experience and have the potential to earn equity in the company as we grow.

However, it’s important to note that not all schools allow their students to receive academic work credits. It's important to note that the specific credit transfer policies may vary across different schools. On average, internships of this nature can typically earn you around 2-8 credits).
