Scientific Sales and Outreach:
GT Resources is currently hiring for a variety of scientific sales and business outreach positions. These positions span duties such as account management, inbound request triage, and outbound prospecting.  Daily activities include:

• Communicating with scientists to learn more about their instrument and consumable needs via outbound telephone and email outreach.
• Engaging in technical discussions around the research and laboratory needs of our customers.
• Actively working with team members to develop new strategies, coach and improve sales techniques, and work as a team to hit goals.
• Use a variety of sales tools and work with our clients to continue to evolve our strategies to better assist our customers.

Skills/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related scientific field required (Chemistry, Biology or related discipline preferred).
• Sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Highly motivated goal oriented, organized, and self-sufficient.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer tasks.
• Excellent verbal, written and phone communications skills.
• Must be a team player and support a collaborative environment.

Job Details:

• Salaried, full-time, work-from-home position with bonuses available as applicable. Please include salary history and requirements with resume.

• Two weeks paid vacation per year.
• Health insurance available after 60 days.

Overview:

We are currently hiring for open positions for the analytical chemistry and biotechnology markets. This is an entry level position, perfect for recent STEM graduates who can draw upon their technical education.

Primary duties of this position include establishing, developing, and nurturing customer relationships. Our customer base spans a wide variety of scientific and technological fields. Due to the technical nature of this position, a bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline such as chemistry or biology is highly preferred.

GT Resources is local to Phoenix, Arizona, but mainly operates remotely. We offer work-from-home positions but strive to keep our teams connected. New employees train alongside fellow team members, and teams meet and interact often for strategy and support.
