IT Support Specialist

The Information Technology Department at McCallie School seeks applicants for a full-time IT Support Specialist. This position reports to the Director of Information Technology and serves as an initial responder who works directly with students and employees to support, diagnose, and resolve incidents and service requests related to all types of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and A/V technology.
This position relies on excellent customer service and communication skills, works effectively under time and technology constraints, and has the skills to work with a variety of hardware, software, and applications. The successful candidate must be able to work on projects and goals independently and as a member of a team.
This is a year-round, full-time, on-site position, and it is eligible for full benefits. It is considered exempt under the FLSA. This position is not eligible for remote work, except for emergency situations.
