Take the next step in your career and join our intern program in people & culture in 2025!

As an intern in People, Culture, & Communication, you could work on projects focusing on Partnering, Services & Solutions and our Centers of Excellence including:

  • Reward
  • Talent
  • DE&I
  • People Relations

Our People, Culture & Communications internships are based in Houston, TX.

Successful interns will be considered for a full-time role within our People, Culture & Communication Program upon earning their degree. Early careers who join people & culture follow a structured program to accelerate foundational technical experience and apply these in the business world.   The program supports the transition of graduates from university to discipline professional and provides a framework of ‘non-technical’ skills to support personal effectiveness. This is a three-year program.
