Sports-Minded Marketing and Sales Associate

This role involves direct marketing promotions, overseeing retail campaigns, actively participating in product knowledge seminars and morning meetings, and providing direct customer service and sales support to consumers. An associate can expect to gain insight into innovative marketing and sales strategies through hands-on training.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand the basics of our business from the entry-level
• Learn and understand client product knowledge
• Be able to meet or exceed our entry-level sales requirements
• Be able to complete marketing presentations to customers
• Participate in direct marketing techniques by interacting with customers
• Assist with the launch of new campaigns and products as needed

Requirements:

• Customer service, customer solutions, and/or sales experience.
• Leadership role without formal authority
• Actively listens.
• Local to the area, with reliable transportation
• High school diploma
