Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and scheduling engaging social media content, including posts, stories, and videos.
- Monitor social media channels, responding to comments and messages in a way that reflects our brand voice.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop content that aligns with Strong Island’s mission to deliver purposeful and impactful storytelling.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and suggest improvements for future content.
- Help maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure that content is visually and thematically
on-brand.
What We’re Looking For:
- A creative thinker with a passion for social media and storytelling.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to craft engaging and on-brand messages.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and
YouTube.
- An eye for design and experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is
a plus.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Delegation Strategy:
- Training: Provide the intern with a comprehensive guide on brand voice, key messaging, and visual aesthetics.
- Tools: Introduce them to scheduling tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to plan and automate posts.
- Content Calendar: Create a detailed content calendar that outlines post frequency, themes, and platform-specific content.
- Oversight: Schedule weekly check-ins to review performance, provide feedback, and ensure the strategy aligns with the overall brand vision.
