Residential Architect

I am a residential homeowner in Jupiter, Florida planning a major home remodel in the next year.  In the initial phase I need rough 3D renderings and elevation views to submit to the architectural review board for provisional approval,  I need an architect to help me formalize a design plan. Ultimately I will need engineering and architectural plans. I need a kitchen design and interior decorator. The house is a two-story key West style approximately 4000 ft². The plan is to extend the east facing wall of the living room outward approximately 15 ft to expand the living room and kitchen. The master bedroom and master bathroom are directly above this and I wish to expand that wall eastward as with a complete remodel of the master bedroom and master bathroom. I would like to enlarge the master bedroom closet and if possible place a small office attached to the master bedroom upstairs. I would like to add a cabana bathroom downstairs for the pool.
