PAY AND BENEFITS
Annual Pay Range: $66,387.83 - $84,239.67
Hourly Pay Range: $31.917226 - $40.499840
Salary offers will be made within the posted pay range and will be based on a candidate's experience (paid or unpaid) that is directly relevant to the position.

JOB DETAILS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Clackamas County's Behavioral Health Division is seeking a technology focused, problem-solver to join our team as a System Support (Management Analyst 1). The main objective for this position is to provide ongoing system support for electronic health record systems (DrCloud) for all staff levels. This position will create forms, submit and track requests, develop workflows, and train and support staff on system; while serving as the subject matter expert for the divisions Electronic Health Record. This role will also provide system support for divisions learning management system (Power DMS) and assist with divisions third party access needs. Successful candidates will have strong collaboration and technology skills. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator and able to evaluate and organize a variety of information and problem-solve to find effective solutions while providing subject matter support.
Required Minimum Qualifications/ Transferrable Skills:*
• Minimum of three (3) years of related experience that would provide the required knowledge and skills to perform the responsibilities of this position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proficiency with virtual meeting platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.)
• Experience setting up and monitoring user access for technology systems/platforms
• Experience writing workflows
• Experience with internal project management
• Experience training staff to use technology systems
Preferred Special Qualifications/ Transferrable Skills:*
• Experience working in or supporting an EHR (Electronic Health Record) System
• Experience working in a public sector
• Experience working in a medical facility

TYPICAL TASKS
EHR System Support:
• Provide comprehensive support for the EHR system.
• Conduct staff training on EHR system usage and updates.
Technology Support:
• Offer support for all non-EHR systems used by BHD staff, including Power DMS.
• Conduct staff training for these systems.
Third Party Access Monitoring:
• Administratively monitor third party access for division staff.
• Train staff on procedures and protocols related to third party access.
Process Improvement:
• Research best practices in relevant fields.
• Develop and document workflows.
• Make recommendations to management for process improvements.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Knowledge of:
• Administrative, organizational, economic, and procedural analysis principles.
• Public administration and business communication practices.
• Financial analysis, government accounting, budget development, and statistical research.
• Federal, state, and local laws and regulations relevant to the role.

WORK SCHEDULE
This position works 40 hours during a standard workweek of Monday through Friday.
Specific hours of work will be discussed with the candidate selected for this position at the time an offer of employment is extended. This position is designated as on-site/in-person. It is expected that the selected candidate will perform duties at the specified on-site work location.
