We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Cofounder who is passionate about AI, real estate, and building innovative software from the ground up. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys taking ownership, and is eager to turn vision into reality.

 

As a Founding Engineer at the Real Estate Library, you will be responsible for leading the evolution of our platform. Your primary focus will be on the technical implementation of the following features and future iterations of the product.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and Build: Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-driven solutions for real estate applications.

AI Integration: Work closely with data scientists to integrate machine learning models and natural language processing algorithms into the platform.

Full-Stack Development: Lead the development of both front-end and back-end systems, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Product Vision: Collaborate with the founding team to define and execute the product roadmap, translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Scalability and Performance: Ensure the platform can handle large datasets and provide real-time responses without compromising performance.

Team Leadership: As the company grows, take a leading role in building and mentoring a team of engineers.

 

Required Skills and Technologies:

  • Backend Development: Django, Django Rest Framework, OAuth, Stripe API, PayPal API
  • Frontend Development: Next.js, React.js, CSS Frameworks
  • Cloud Services & 3rd party API: AWS (S3, EC2, Route 53, SES), Stripe, PayPal
  • Database: PostgreSQL, Django ORM
  • PDF Management and Viewing: react-pdf-viewer, Python PDF libraries
  • Additional Tools and Libraries: Next.js plugins, Redux or Context API, JWT, Redis
  • Development and Deployment Tools: Git, Docker, NGINX, CI/CD Tools, Pipenv
