Growing your skills and expanding your duties while on-the-job is a fundamental requirement. The role and tasks you perform upon initial hiring will evolve continuously. Continuous improvement and learning is a basic requirement of this position.
Environment:
Our clients are driven by deadlines, making us a fast-paced office with few breaks other than lunch. Our hours are 9:00-5:30 M-F but the ability to occasionally work flexible hours to accommodate a client’s project is a must. You may also accompany senior project managers or production crews to local client locations in support of a project.
Some projects require long periods of unsupervised research, data entry, or product testing. During these periods, you will be expected to exert the same level of focus and drive as periods when you are working within an energetic team. Our studio office environment is task-oriented with team members working independently on their assignments. We foster a friendly environment where team members help each other and collaborate when working on the same project.
There is little to no downtime as our client workload is constant and ever-growing. Many tasks are highly specific, so applicants must also be prepared to be instructed on precisely how a task is to be performed for consistency among team members. This may mean changing how you've done something in the past to align with our process.
Employment & Compensation:
- All resumes will be reviewed by a senior company representative.
- Selected resumes will receive a brief phone interview.
- Selections from the phone interview will receive an in-person interview.
If awarded this full-time position,
- Hourly wage totaling $30,035.20 per year, based on working 40 hours per week
- Overtime opportunities at time-and-a-half rate when offered
- Bi-weekly payroll
- Six (6) paid Holidays per year: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
- After 90 days: Optional health and vision insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan
- After 90 days: 24 hours paid time-off
Additional Requirements
- Ability to understand written instructions and daily assignments
- Willingness to accept specific, detailed instruction in support of company's unique workflow
- Superior attention to detail, accuracy, and time efficiency when performing tasks
- Integrity in applying honesty and discretion when handling business information
- Dependable and adaptable to our fast-paced, high-volume work environment
- Tendency toward structure, process, and organization in the workplace
- Must exhibit punctuality and reliable attendance
- Must restrict cell phone usage while in the workplace
- Will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement prohibiting social media posts regarding our clients' projects and media.
