The details of the job
Immediate opening for a FT candidate at our Kearney, NE branch to fill the role of a Financial Solutions Officer. This role includes a broad range of branch activities including but not limited to member transactions in person, via phone, video and other electronic correspondence, account opening functions and consumer loan sales. We will train the right candidate. Bi-lingual candidate a plus. Come experience all the new and exciting technology advances and branch remodel.

What you will do each day
- Promote a positive image at all times to our members, co-workers and community.
- Ability to multi-task and be flexible in services provided to our members.
- Provide members service in person, on the phone, video and through electronic communication.
- Provide new members all the necessary information on membership.
- Responds to member complaints.
- Process daily transactions as needed (i.e. deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, advances, etc) in an accurate manner.
- Responsible for establishing relationships with members and cross selling and referring products and services to meet our member's financial needs.
- Interview loan applicants and presents loan products that best meet the members needs.
- Assists member in completing loan applications and obtains and evaluates credit reports.
- Analyzes applicant's qualifications.
- Notify applicants of loan decisions.
- Completes loan contracts.
- Maintains a balanced cash drawer and processes all member account transactions as needed.
- Will open, close, and make changes to accounts following all BSA. Patriot Act, and OFAC requirements.
- Maintain knowledge and follow all state and federal rules and regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure work areas are clean and look professional.
