About the Job:
Micronetbd is hiring an entry-level/intermediate project analyst. In this role, you will be trained in the DocuSign, Litify, and Salesforce space, and certification will be provided.
Job Description:
- Work with potential customers to gather, refine, and document business requirements.
- Produce artifacts such as business process flows and user stories.
- Identify issues and structural problems, generating actionable recommendations using agile implementation methodologies.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of client business needs, goals, and objectives.
- Collaborate with team members to design, build, and implement technology solutions in CRM software (Customer Relationship Management) that aligns with client business needs.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones to track progress.
- Allocate resources and manage project budgets.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
Pre-requisites:
- In the process of attaining or has already completed a Bachelor's program.
- Enthusiasm and passion to learn.
- Strong customer engagement skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong self-discipline and time management will be critical to the success of this position.
