Industry 4.0 Development Program (July 2025)

Precision Castparts Corp.’s Development Programs are Powering the Future by taking the emergent talent through a high velocity program two year, rotational program complete with learning experiences and opportunities to expose members to the critical aspects of PCC’s business in a multitude of manufacturing environments so they can effectively influence the future direction of the Company.   This program is specifically designed for recent and/or graduating seniors. This position is located in various locations in the U.S. and starts July 2025.

 Program Design

  • First year members will be placed at one of our PCC facilities learning the foundations of our Corporate Automation Standards.
  • Second year members will be placed at another PCC location continuing to build on the foundations learned in year one, by effectively

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a field of study such as: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Integration, Automation Technology or Computer Science
  • Prior co-op or internship experience in manufacturing preferred
  • Club, organization or activity involvement in a leadership capacity
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must be a US Person
  • Must be willing to relocate (program roles located in various US locations only)
    • The program allows members to preference regions.
