Information Technology Development Program (Jan 2025)

Position summary

Precision Castparts Corp.’s Development Programs are Powering the Future by taking the emergent talent through a high velocity two year rotational program complete with learning experiences and opportunities to expose members to the critical aspects of PCC’s business in a multitude of manufacturing environments so they can effectively influence the future direction of the Company.  This program is specifically designed for recent and/or graduating seniors and is in various locations around the U.S. and starts January 2025.

Program Design

  • First year members will be placed at one of our PCC facilities learning the foundations of our Network/Application infrastructure, ERP implementations and supervision.
  • Second year members will be placed at another PCC location continuing to build on the foundations learned in year one

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Information Technology or related field with a degree concentration in networking, programming, security or database administration
  • Prior co-op or internship experience in manufacturing preferred
  • Club, organization or activity involvement in a leadership capacity
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident*
  • Must be willing to relocate (program roles located in various US locations only)
    • The program allows members to preference regions.
    • The Company will match the member with the most meaningful learning experience within the preferred regions.
