Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking an Assistant Office Engineer to support the Eastern Region construction program in Spokane, WA. This position will assist the Office Engineer and construction teams in processing WSDOT contractor construction documentation. In this role, you will be responsible for the independent review, processing, and transmittal of construction and material documentation, and construction close-out activities. The work includes occasional construction inspection and materials sampling and testing duties. In addition, the incumbent may be required to provide direction and training to entry level engineers and technicians.
