Since 1999, The Law Offices of Eric A. Shore, P.C. have helped thousands of disabled, injured and wrongfully terminated workers throughout the United States. We represent disabled workers nationwide in their applications for Social Security, Long Term Disability and VA Disability. In PA and NJ we also litigate workers’ compensation, personal injury and a large variety of employment and labor disputes.
Internship Overview:
We are excited to offer a Business Operations Internship that allows students to delve into the operational aspects of legal practice. This is an opportunity designed to give interns substantial experience in business management within a legal environment, direct exposure to senior-level management, and networking opportunities within the legal community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in project management by coordinating with different departments.
- Engage in analysis and reporting of operational data to enhance business processes.
- Assist in data analysis to help improve operational efficiency and support decision-making processes.
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to enhance office operations.
- Prepare and update reports on operational activities, outcomes, and business metrics.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by senior management.
Applicant Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a college or university program relevant to business administration, management, or related fields.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general comfort with technology.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in law and legal operations is an advantage but not required.
- GPA of 3.5 or above (GPA must be on resume).

Stipend:
- Interns are given $250 a month stipend.
Technology:
- Interns facing technological barriers can be provided with Chromebooks to facilitate their work.
