Tax Intern - Private Client Group (2025) - Woburn, MA

We are currently seeking a Tax Intern in our Private Client Group for our Woburn office for busy season (mid-January through mid-April). To qualify for this position, you should:
 

Essential Duties

  • Have tax preparation interest in the following areas: individual, trust, gift, estate, and foundation tax
  • Have strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Have the ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines
  • Practice strong time management and organizational skills
  • Be detail oriented, ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Be energetic with a positive attitude

 

Qualifications

  • Must have at least 75% of a Bachelors degree in Accounting completed from an accredited university.
  • Become familiar with the firm's policies and procedures
  • Be adept at utilizing various tax software as well as Adobe and Excel
  • Demonstrate the ability to interact with various levels of firm management in both written and verbal form
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and take responsibility for personal growth and development
  • Have the ability to work full-time (45-55 hours a week) during our busy season, which runs from mid-January to mid-April
  • Aspire to obtain CPA certification
  • Be authorized to work in the U.S.
