Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Intern to support and enhance our people-focused initiatives. In this role, you will utilize your exceptional organizational and communication skills to contribute to key HR functions, ensuring that our employees and teams thrive in a collaborative and supportive environment. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless HR operations.
  • Design, manage, and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR functions.
  • Support the development and delivery of employee training and development programs.
  • Contribute to recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Help maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements 
  • Participate in initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • A collaborative team player with a willingness to take the initiative.
  • Previous experience in HR, leadership roles, or related domains is a plus.

*Credit Process:

Students are responsible for consulting their academic department to ensure this role aligns with program requirements (e.g., hours completed, outcomes).

We will collaborate with students to complete any forms required by faculty to assist with the credit approval process.
