Recruiting interns have the opportunity to work with talented and established individuals and drive talent acquisition by combining their already superior communication skills with the experience of the current recruiting team. You will gain the necessary knowledge to work in the recruiting field, build networking skills, and further your communication skills. Alongside the firms Director of Campus Selection, you will drive the process of sourcing, recruiting and selecting financial representatives. Executing in the generation of referrals and developing centers of influence (COIs). Tasks also include detailed based scheduling, coordinating, and CRM management. He or she plays a key role in assisting in leading the recruiting plan to reach activity and contract goals. Creativity, exceptional communication skills and self-motivated, initiative taking drive to achieve are critical in this position. Pay: $180.00 - $500.00 per week
