Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, managing customer inquiries, and providing outstanding customer service. This role requires a proactive and organized individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for building relationships & growing the Freedom Motors community. Our sales process starts with you by connecting with customers through various forms of communication including phone, text, email and chat (via social media, advertisements, inbound and/or outbound calls). You'll be compensated and rewarded for driving a competitive sales culture while delivering the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.

What you'll do:

  • Manage inbound sales inquiries via phone, text, email and chat.
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate new leads and sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Qualify leads based on the Freedom Motors sales process.
  • Provide follow up service to move customer through the sales funnel.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions & sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Verify and update existing customer information.
  • Route calls as appropriate and per standard operating procedure.
  • Participate in quality audits & training and provide recommendations on ways to improve service.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly metric goals.
  • Collaborate with the sales and/or marketing team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What you'll need:

  • Previous experience in business development, inside sales and/or customer service preferred.
  • Demonstrated initiative, willingness to take on greater challenges, and a proactive & results-driven mindset.
  • Strong computer & data entry skills, attention to detail, time-management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication & interpersonal skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Bilingual is highly preferred
  • Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
