Implementation Specialist Intern Spring 2025

The Solutions Delivery team guides customers along their entire journey of the Logile Roadmap. As a part of Customer Experience, this team supports all client delivery engagements focused on improving operational efficiency and implementing workforce management software. ​

The Implementation Specialist will execute tasks to get new and existing customers up and running with Logile's software and solutions. The position reports directly to the Snr. Implementation Advisor. While assigned to project roles, Implementation Specialists will report to the Customer Program Manager. ​

Implementation Specialists travel to project sites in and around North America and Europe and work remotely when travel is not required.​

The Implementation Specialist will serve on one or more customer implementation and rollout projects to incorporate solutions and services from Logile’s Roadmap. 

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Implement Solution Deliverables ​
    • Serve on customer projects to ensure effective implementation of Logile’s software and services. ​
    • Perform basic system configurations or testing of applicable software modules.​
  • Customer Relationship Development ​
    • Participate in project meetings to take detailed notes. ​
    • Provide on-the-job training and knowledge transfer for software and solutions to the client.​
    • Receive customer inquiries and add details prior to hand-off to Logile Help Desk. ​
  • Reporting & Analysis ​
    • Provide updates on progress and challenges related to technology. ​
    • Pull reports from Logile systems to assist with analysis or evaluation of system performance as it pertains to assigned customer use.​
    • Identify other Logile Roadmap modules that would benefit the customer. ​
  • Supporting adjacent areas of the Solutions Delivery department as needed. ​

Implementation Specialists are also asked to contribute to Logile’s company growth in a variety of areas including but not limited to:

  • Marketing and business development support.​
  • Expansion of offering strategies and best practices. ​
  • Peer coaching and development.​

​Job Requirements

  • Pursuing a ​B.S./B.A. diploma in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent preferred. ​
  • Relevant internship or industry experience is preferred. ​
  • Demonstrated leadership ability. ​
  • Proficiency in process improvement and opportunity analysis. ​
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). ​
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. ​
  • Travel will occur as needed and is expected to be up to 50% of the Implementation Specialist’s time. When travel is not required the working location will be from home, provided there is reliable internet connectivity. ​
