QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be currently eligible to work in the United States
  • Able to learn and implement outpatient Balance & Vestibular rehabilitation treatment plans
  • Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
  • Must be passionate and open to helping patients with Vestibular, Balance, Neurological and Fall risk issues
  • 1+ year(s) of outpatient Neuro/Ortho, Vestibular rehab experience (Preferred, but not Required)
  • Graduation from an accredited PTA program and a current NJ - PTA license
  • Must be able to carry out and progress skilled treatment plan in outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation setting
  • Must be Self-motivated and willing to learn

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Evaluate physical activity limitations
  • Execute Plan of Care to meet patient goals and completion date
  • Equip patients with PT intervention techniques/exercises and track progress
  • Provide education to patients on techniques for the continuation of care
  • Help with diagnosing patient condition(s) and the impact on patient activity
  • Execute plan goals within established time frames
  • Prescribe intervention techniques and exercises
  • Measure and track intervention effectiveness
  • Educate the patient on continuing care
  • Provide analytics and organizational oversight for the facility
  • Support the execution of the clinic’s operations and compliance processes & procedures
  • Manage and coordinate insurance payment reimbursement
  • Review and oversee billing/coding submissions
  • Oversee other administrative tasks as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Per diem

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 24 per week

Ability to Relocate:

  • West Caldwell, NJ 07006: Relocate before starting work (Required)
