Responsibilities:
- Conduct and manage initial client assessments to create personalized treatment plans
- Create, monitor, and revise client treatment plans and goals
- Provide supervision, training, and feedback to staff
- Collaborate with treatment teams to ensure unified approaches
- Lead Family Treatment Guidance sessions
Requirements:
- Licensed and certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (strong preference for Arizona licensure)
- Ability to direct and supervise sessions, administer assessments, and create treatment plans
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move quickly to ensure client safety
- Fingerprint clearance card, CPR, and First Aid Certification
