Summit Data Analyst I
Overview
The UCHealth Summit Program (Summit) is the direct output from our organizational belief that we must recruit brilliant and analytical talent to solve pressing health care challenges to achieve our mission of improving lives.
Summit is a full-time, two-year rotational program designed for recent graduates of undergraduate programs or recent graduates of graduate programs with limited work experience. We are seeking individuals with an interest in analytics, corporate strategy, and healthcare.
Individuals will obtain valuable business and data analytics acumen during the program through formal training, project work and mentorship. The program is also designed to prepare individuals for future roles across UCHealth or as strong candidates for graduate school (e.g., masters of science or masters of business administration).
Job Duties
- Builds descriptive and predictive data models to support operational and/or strategic planning
- Gathers and organizes large datasets from a combination of internal and external sources and ensures validation and reliability of analysis
- Analyzes and summarizes data in order to support business initiatives and decisions
- Assists with researching, organizing, and compiling information for review by system and regional leadership
- Supports strategy and planning and operational intelligence in deliverable development including presentations and analytic tools
Required Qualifications
- Previous internship experience related to data analytics in a hybrid or in-person environment
- Graduating in either Winter 2024 or Spring 2025
Additional Information
- Interviews will not begin until September 1st, 2024.
- This position requires relocation to the Denver Metro area. This position will work a hybrid work schedule with 4 days onsite at the Anschutz Medical Center in Aurora, CO and 1 day remote per week.
